It might be hard to explain what’s going on right now…especially since on the outside, things look “fine.”

You love your partner, but something feels off. The same arguments keep circling, and even when things seem calm, the distance is still there. You thought your relationship would feel different at this stage—more joyful, more life-giving—but instead, you’re starting to feel like roommates.

Or maybe you’re navigating this on your own. Your big emotions feel hard to share and even harder to name. There might be a part of you sensing that something from your past is showing up in the present—you don’t want to repeat the patterns and emotional cycles you saw growing up or experienced previously. You want something different: something much healthier, more meaningful, and more connected.

THIS WORK IS FOR YOU IF —

  • Deeper connection feels just out of reach, and the words "I can't keep living like this" have crossed your mind.

  • Overthinking, over-functioning, or shutting down has become your default mode.

  • What you want is to feel “better,” see things more clearly, and have more fulfilling relationships.

  • You’re looking for therapy that actually makes a difference.

Kristina Robbins, therapist in Spanish Fork, smiling warmly, wearing a green knitted sweater and a cream-colored knit top.

Hi, I’m Kristina.

I help couples and individuals get to the root of what’s not working in their relationships and begin to create something better.

When people come to me, it’s often because they’ve been carrying something heavy—whether named or unnamed—for a long time, and they’re not interested in waiting for years of therapy to see change. They want relief, they want answers, and they want to feel like something actually shifts, and soon.

That’s why I specialize in focused, intensive therapy.

My work stands on the belief that when emotional pain comes from relationships, healing has to happen there, too. When we get to the heart of what’s going on, you can begin to feel safe in relationships, calm in your nervous system, and confident again in who you are and what you bring to the table. I’m here to help you feel deeply seen, guided, and complete. That’s the work I love and the space I create.

Areas of Focus

01

Couples Therapy

You care about each other, but you’re tired. The same arguments keep coming up, and nothing ever really feels resolved. This joint intensive work helps you uncover the emotional cycle beneath the conflict so you can rebuild a relationship that feels connected, responsive, and intentional.

02

Trauma

Even when life looks stable, experiences from the past can still shape how we relate and respond to the world around us. Therapy helps you process unresolved trauma so you can feel safer in your own skin, connection with the people you love, and more peaceful in your day-to-day life.

03

Anxiety

The voice of anxiety can cause you to overanalyze, second-guess, or feel like you’re always bracing for something. It doesn’t just live in your mind—it’s wired into your nervous system. Therapy helps slow things down so you can manage emotions, recognize your triggers, and respond with calm instead of fear or overwhelm.

Intensive therapy gives us the time to go deeper and actually get somewhere.

When we’re not rushing the clock, emotions begin to settle, patterns start to make sense, and the reason you came to therapy—to feel more connected to yourself and the people you love—starts to feel possible. My clients often walk away with a new sense of perspective, a lighter emotional load, and hope for what’s next.
